Winners Are Grinners...

4-Legged Tee Giveaway Winners

GritFX were honoured to unite with three of our creative peers to bring you a first… the 4-Legged T-Shirt Giveaway!  Entrants were asked to name their favourite animal and the Lucky winner was Nicky Hawley of the UK. Her entry “I love all kinds of bears. polar, grizzly brown and black” was randomly drawn as our winner by the “fruit machine”.
4-Legged T-Shirt Giveaway Winner
Nicky won a “Please Don’t Feed The Animals” tee by GritFX T-Shirts; a “Go Green” tee by Saucewear; a “Wise Owl” tee by LadyUmbrella Ladies T-Shirts; and a “Splatter Wolf” tee by Wolves VS Lions. Nicky informs us that this wild prize will be shared with her husband and daughter…that’s one lucky family!

Our runner-up and winner of an assorted GritFX art postcard pack was David Dingman of the US, who’d said “Monkeys get my vote”… I also hear a rumour that David was raised by lemurs – perhaps that’s the source of his love for the simian.

We had 229 entries through the A-Z of Animal Tees post and the GritFX Facebook page. Click through and check out the array of animals listed as favourites – we ended up with quite an interesting zoo.

Nish Nash ZooSpeaking of which, our zany peer Sarah Baker of Design Bakery (who incidently is behind the September GritFX peer pick) suggested a name for our zoo… the Nish Nash Zoo. The name was inspired by the “Grandma Nish Nash” character she’d created, whom GritFX (with Sarah’s permission) have now deemed the Nish Nash Zoo mascot.

Many thanks again to Kelly (Saucewear); Rob & Elena (LadyUmbrella); and Will (Wolves VS Lions) for making this giveaway possible!
